Looking For A 2-3 Bed House With Private Garden

Hi, Looking to rent from October, This is a Long Term rental and can pay monthly or 12 months in advanced (negotiate).

Ideally 3 Beds but 2 bed is ok. Must have Walled Garden and with plants, trees, mainly for a area to relax for BBQ.

Note - Furnished or unfurnished is ok.

Will pay up to max 16,000 Baht / Month (electric water separate)

Ideal location close to a beach - Surin, BangTao even Kamala Phuket.

Plus need Phone line in place or can be placed for broadband.
