More Questions About Blood Pressure Medicine

This forum was very helpful to me and others about blood pressure medicine, and now I have another question if anyone has dealt with this. I also take bp medication but was supposed to go on this trek in jungle. However, of course there is no refrigeration on this trek and I have been reading forum about medication going bad from heat. Has anyone been for a long time in jungle or elsewhere where it is hot and no air/con. What did you do? Perhaps I should not go on this trip at all.

How long are you going for?

If it is just a couple of days, I think you'll be OK, just keep the meds out of sunlight.

Separate but also health related issue: exactly where is this jungle? (thinking in terms of malaria risk...)

Thank you Sheryl. You obviously know alot about medicine. It is supposed to be 7 days in jungle, north of Chiang mai near Chiang Dao caves. I think they probably have malaria there but I have been in jungle trek in the north before and wore long sleeves and pants, and wore alot of deet also. However, this time it is a longer trek than I have been on before.
