Did you try the Red Cross (Lumpini)?

I know they make less than half as expensive for blood and health checks.

But maybe some specific tests are not operated...?

I hear there is a clinic in Sukumvit soi 11, near Cheap Charlies bar. Very fast, professional service and staff speak English.

Their fees are nowhere near the hospitals.
