I like the ThinkNet MapMagic line of products. I use the PC version, which can be toggled between Thai and English, and it comes with a paper map too.

Bangkok Guide has a nice range of paper maps. The "Bus Routes & Map" is impressive.

Maybe do a search as this topic comes up frequently and there may have been some good options mentioned that I can't recall now.

My favourite - the best map I've ever found paper or otherwise, is Nelles Map of Bangkok and Greater Bangkok, for sale at every AsiaBooks Stroe
