Hotel Next To The Surasak Bts Stop?

Featured Replies

Hello!

Maybe you more season Bangkok residents can lend me a hand. I'm looking for the name of a hotel that is right next to the Surasak BTS stop. It's real close to the stairs. Not a bad hotel. I stayed there once and would like to book it again. Just can't remember the name. Thank you in advance.

How bout any hotel next to a BTS stop? Except for the Asia Bangkok Hotel. Much Thanks.

Hmmm I live right at Surasak and take the BTS all the time and as far as I know there is no hotel. Several condos and a service apartment. Walk up further to Silom and there are many hotels by Silom 17/19. As far as hotels near BTS stations there are many from the Sheraton Grande on Sukhumvit to the Novotel at Siam to the Shangri La at Taksin. I think you need to refine your search a bit more such as budget.

Thanks flight crew. I stayed at this hotel right at the bottom of the stairs. I believe it was Surasak because it was the second to the last stop on the BTS. The cost was about 1400 baht per night. I like the hotel and it's convenience to the BTS could not be beat. It was literally right there. Maybe it's gone now. It was the far right exit stairs while traveling towards the river. Thanks for the tips. I might settle for the Asia Hotel Bangkok but it's such a monster hotel. I like a little smaller place.

2nd to the last stop is Chong Nong Si. There is a hotel at the bottom of the stairs which is relatively cheap and very clean. It's called Om Yim Lodge (800 to 1200). You can do a search and find it. Gay run - but very straight friendly!! I have put several friends up there both straight and gay and they love it as it's so convenient and great bargain and very nice. Around the corner which is Silom - there is the Unico Hotel which is also relatively cheap at about 2200 but may get cheaper rooms if you call direct.
