Going to Pattaya in Feb. Normally stay at the Penthouse, but fed up with there booking system. Three e-mails and still no reply.

Sandy Springs in Soi 13. Couple of reviews elsewhere, seems OK but has anybody stayed there recently, if so what's it like.

Really nice one year old hotel

some rooms have sea views (front)

about 1300 in the high season.

Quiet ,nice pool area.

Great restaurant next door in the Haven and fairly close to the action

Is it the high speed lan type, etc? Thanks.

I was there in June

They have a phone jack for dial up in the room and comfortable desk.

No high speed
