From Ban Chang To Pattaya By Bus.

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how to get to Pattaya from Ban Chang and back again? I am thinking that there must be a bus or something. I need to get to beach road to meet a friend for a few drinks. My wife normally drives me there but she hasn't been to well so I need to make my own way. Amazingly I have never been to Pattaya any way other than the car. :o

I could do that. What will that cost? I'm not tight or anything you understand. :D

I can give you the phone number of the guy I use from Ban Chang who runs me backwards and forwards to the airport, give him a call and see what he will charge you.

You can get the bus from just beside the main trafic lights in town.

Normally pick it up at the 7-11 sukhumvit road-Banchang. You wife can buy you a ticket from the lady that sits outside the shop next door.Get off at tesco Lotus "Pattaya Klang" (I think anyway you can't mis it) and motorbike taxi it from there.

and reverse going back but normally I taxi back as I got on a wrong bus once.

Local busses stop reasonable early I think, but I've occasionally got busses from BKK or Korat to Rayong, arriving at aruond 11pm. I think they leave PTY 8ish, and pass BC on the way.

Try Nakonchai Air for details.

60bt sounds about right, or was a year or so back from PTY to Rayong.
