Farmer Crushed by Tractor in Suphanburi
At approximately 08:35 on November 18, a fatal crash occurred in Ban Tha Thong, Moo 3, Pak Nam Subdistrict, Doem Bang Nang Buat District, Suphanburi Province. A man was killed after he lost control of his agricultural tractor and it overturned. The victim was identified as Mr. Suthin, 58 years old, and he was reported to be going to work on his land, when his tractor slipped off the dirt roadway into a body of water. Rescue workers promptly responded to the scene, and found the victim pinned and crushed under the tractor and his body almost fully submerged in the water. Responders were able to carefully pull the tractor off the body, which allowed them to extricate the body, which was then transferred it to Doem Bang Nang Buat Hospital for further procedures and autopsy. Pol. Lt. Panuwat Sitawong, the officer in charge of the case, is leading the investigation into the incident. Picture from responders. -- 2024-11-19 -
