Does anyone know where a person can rent a small video camera such as a Panasonic DVX100B or something similar? The issues of NTSC and PAL aside, just finding a rental stumps me. A friend is coming on vacation and asked this question and I honestly have no idea.

You might be able to rent one with a tech from a wedding studio. Call around!
