Bkk To Phuket.....

I am planning on flying from Bangkok to Phuket, however we were also thinking about an overnight train. Has anyone ever used an overnight train?

Is it comfortable? Or should I just pay the extra and fly?

I have prices for flights, but does anyone have a rough idea how much it costs for the train?

It would be quite an achievement to go BKK>Phuket on the train, there's no railway line to Phuket...!!!

What would be hilarious is if you still managed to buy a ticket from a travel shop somewhere!

There are lots of cheap flights to Phuket. I am moving this to travel section check some of the links there. Air Asia are cheap if you book ahead.
