Does anyone have a recommendation for a good hotel around city central for about 800B, close to perhaps a Mall, Big C, Tesco etc, for provisions.

Am in Korat now, very good hotels here around 700-800B with Breakfast. (KS Pavillion), short walk to The Mall.

Princess Green arond 500. Casa Holiday same. Pailyn is about 800.

There is another hotel called Topland I believe. Quite good also.

There are lots of other hotels but the OP stated a price preference and Topland is much higher.

Much appreciated, Pailyn looked very nice, now over 1000 for a double, eventually found LaPaloma on the Net for 850, so will give it a fling.

You said you wnated close to shopping centre,etc. Paloma not close to anything.

It got late yesterday when we were trying to lock something down as we are travelling there tomorrow.

The promos and hotel info say central city, so as a newbie to the area, sorry, have I been taken for a ride?

Need some exercise anyway, surely it's not in the wilderness!
