Last Wednesday on New Years Eve, I went to Fortune Town to get a fresh battery for my Nikon D50. I bought it at CAPA DIGI FOTO on the 2nd floor. Well, for what ever reason I bought the wrong battery. Today I took the battery and receipt back knowing that the best I could probably hope for would be credit against something else I might buy, and even that could be a stretch.

They not only accepted the battery back, but they also gave me cash back for it. Yes, they had offered to exchange it for the right battery, but I had already picked one up elsewhere. They also offered me the ability to buy something else with the credit. When I said I really didn't need anything else, they called the boss to get permision and then refunded my money.

They have a great selection of tripods and lighting, and seem to be busy everytime I am in there. Give them a try, I for one will go back for sure.
