Like many people, I have ended up with many boxes of slides which I would now like to convert to digital.

There are approximately 100 that I would like to have scanned at a high resolution.

What are my options? Does anyone know of a shop that can do high-res scans? How about the chance of renting or paying to use a scanner?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem, a couple of thousand slides and maybe 200 I want to convert to digital.

And yesterday a friend asked me to help to scan a bunch of photos.

When I came home I could not find my scanner and after a couple of hours I started to remember it broke down and ended up in the bin.

So now I am looking to rent or ev buy a scanner that can do both slides and photos.

Someone that can give a recommendation for a reasonable good scanner that can do the job ?

Thanks!

:D:o:D
