Nikon D40 Set For Sale

Featured Replies

So, I've found some older nikon glass at my old house and feel like it's time for me to upgrade to a more advanced body.

I have:

- A d40 body with about 35000 shutter actuations (I shoot a lot of sports) with no warranty.

- The 18-55mm kit lens (sharp as a tack) With no warranty.

- The second 55-200mm kit lens with a worldwide warranty (Niks Thailand) that expires on the 24th of July and the original petal lens hood.

- A small 'paradox' brand camera bag with room for the entire kit

- Two barely-used, week-old Vertex Slave flashes.

- Manuals (Thai), the charger that charges to full in a bit more than an hour, a kingston 2gb card good for ~300 RAW shots, two Kenko 52mm filters, cables, etc.

I'll set the price at 19k baht with delivery in Bangkok. Individual items are not for sale.

Feel free to PM me for any details.

Hi, is your D40 still for sale? If not, disregard the rest ;-) If so, what's the condition of the body and lenses (though I get the impression they're good, if you've been using Nikon for a while)? Is the 55-200 A VR AF-S model? Also, since I'm going to the States to visit my son in a couple of months, will you consider lowering your price? A new 2-lens kit as you describe is 21,000 baht. Thanks :-)
