Glass Progressive Lens Glasses In Bkk

Featured Replies

Can anybody recommend an optical shop in Bangkok that sells glass lenses? I've never liked plastic lenses and unfortunately that's all I can find in the Province. Thanks.

Can one of the mods please move this to the "Bangkok" forum? Maybe somebody overthere wears glasses and can recommend a shop.

I go to Optic Square

They are in most of the big Department stores (Central, Seacon Square)....The one in Seacon Square is quite OK , I have nothing to complain about the service / price / competence. Talk to the manager a 40/50 yo guy....

Eyelab, there's one in most major malls. I have progressive lenses from them and their service is always good.

I live in the boonies too and the local guy tested my eyes and sent the prescription to Bangkok. I got the glass progressive lens back in about 4 days.

Thanks for the suggestions folks. Seacon Square is a bit out of the way but I'll check out Eyelab and Optic Square at Central Chitlom.

Thanks

Try Friend Optic on level 2 of MBK. Tel> 08.1870.8740. Great service and great prices. Better than any of the chain optic places by hundreds of baht.
