Leading Swiss TV Reporter Arrested In Thailand

That is a quote from the editor-in-chief of the news and current affairs section of the Swiss TV channel. It sounds like he knows more than can be said publicly.

MULLER VERSUS THE TRUTH

What is really surprising to me is why a "big time reporter", the biggest in Switzerland and a TV producer as well would be here in Thailand to begin with? The world is now facing unprecedented challenges. The global banking system is imploding. There are Madoff and Stamford.....people that have taken billions from investors using deceptive and illegal Ponzi schemes. Wall Street executives that give themselves multi million dollar bonuses right before their stocks collapse. Wars, Genocide, Pollution, Global Warming, Piracy on the high seas with billions of dollars stolen while the world watches and yet this "big time" reporter runs to Thailand to do a story on an insignificant albeit small foundation and in the process distorts all the facts to the point of fantasy.

The quartet at the root of this deception is rapidly self destructing as they rightfully should. 2 journalists Mr. Matter and Mr. Frischi have both been convicted of their crime.....so much for journalism or should we call it sensationalism.....a foundation that provides care and delivers medicine does not sell a lot of newspapers. As for Mr. B. H.....rather than go to trial as was required of him....he is on the run somewhere.....hardly the act of an innocent man. Further, he is not allowed back into Switzerland....the country for which he was on embassy staff. You would think he would be a welcome hero. The last of these villians is our friend Mr. Muller who about a week after the CONVICTION of the pedophile responsible for all this comes back to Thailand.....was it to do a story on the pedophile, or perhaps Thai politics...always in the eyes of the world, I hardly think so. He distorted facts and outright lied in his movie which is now somehow out of the archive of the paper he works for. This mans stories border on outright fiction and with that in mind there are no doubt many other people he has hurt in his quest for glory at the sacrifice of truth. If he wishes to be a fiction writer let him.....only do not pass it off as truth, that border must never be passed in a free and unbiased press. In punishing a small yet worthy foundation he also punishes the Thai people they serve. The foundation he has sought to destroy has suffered as a result of his movie and in punishment he should tell the world and especially Switzerland and Thailand that C.Care Asia International Foundation is a valuable entity that has served the interest of the Thai nation. It would also be appropriate to issue a public apologee to the employee they have sought to defame and slander.......

Today is Thursday 12 March. There was due to be a court hearing. Are there any reports or were the press excluded from the proceedings?

He is allowed to leave Thailand for now, but he must return to the court in Pattaya at the beginning of April.
