How about getting a cleaner in, if only on a friday to blitz the place before you get home?

My dad shared a house for a few years with a younger lad & although Tony (dad) was fastidious about his things being clean & organised in his room could (sort of) live with the house being messy during the week but come weekend it had to be sorted, so they went halvies on a cleaner every friday to blitz the place for the weekened & every monday to clean up after the party that always seemed to happen on a saturday night

It's a thought, Boo, but I don't relish the idea of having a key floating around out there.
