I'd second Post Office Air Mail. I've never had a problem with using them for parcels to the UK.

Is it one of the little shops you get in shopping malls??

go to the website and it should be safe

I always register ( on Samui ) but have never had a Tracking number to my Knowldge or wouldn't know where to actually Track as i didn't think the Thai Post Online would let you track International Parcels ??

Yes if you are using Thailand Post

Make sure you tell them REGISTERED and on your reciept they usually print a Tracking number...
