March 19, 200917 yr My girlfriend rents a shop, but doesn't have the time to do anything with it because she's working full time at another job. The shop is opposite Wat Goo Dtao in the Ratchapot district/area, over near Sanamkera Chiang Puak Gym. She's asking 3k baht a month which is less than the total that she's paying (she payed 15k up front for the year lease and pays 2k a month rent). Someone could live and share the space with her here too. Bedroom, living/business room, largish back room for washing clothes etc, bathroom. We can set it up for a basic hair shop (cut,wash,dry), but anything else (restaurant/bar etc..) would have to be set up by "you". She would also still retain the right to work and sleep there on her off hours (which are very few at this point.)
