I have read that there is a vast demand for condo in silom sathorn area.

Can someone help and let me know if its worth investing in this condo that is coming up near Silom road.

They are selling it at 120,000 per m2.

Toilet is correctly placed - against the washing machine that you are expected to placed at its head.

Two door openings with a door panel - you get to choose which opening to close.

So much challenges that you should pay higher than the Bt120,000/m2 for the brochure.
