Hi Everyone,

I use BIS service from AIS and have problem to receive email from Outlook Web Access quite often.

The problem is either delay or not arrive on my blackberry. I need to call them then they reset something then it works again.

Is there anyone have the similar issue? Are you able to resolve this issue? Can anyone shed some light on this matter?
