Quality Folding Hand Fans

Years ago I returned from Japan with a nice folding fan as a souvenir:

This is invaluable in BKK, especially as summer arrives.

Has anyone seen anything of similar quality in BKK? I've seen the cheaper, slightly too lacey ones at Tokyu and on the Suk markets and they just don't compare.

I was thinking some Japanese cultural centre like the one off Regent Street in London, run by tourism authority and full of Japanese knick-knacks.

Any pointers appreciated.
