Shopping malls open today but some ATM are still not functioned

BANGKOK: -- The shopping malls and department stores in the central business district resume their operation today after closing for one day thanks to the fear of violence.

Siam Paragon, Central World and Central department stores were closed following the uncertain situation in the city. But today all of them open their doors to the public starting from 11am.

However, some ATM machines are not functioned because the moneny-carrying vans can't travel freely to fill the money, according to a spokesperson of Kasikorn Bank.

The bank said the ATM at several points will gradually be functioned and available.
