Wishing for chanote is not going to help since such titles in Kao Kho are nearly non-existent. So I would like to seek legal advice on how to approach this and understand what the risks are. InterestedObserver Posted April 24, 2009 Share Posted April 24, 2009 If you are looking to invest any real money for land and a residence, then a Chanote is the only title document to have.
