Fitness Lamai

Does anyone know if there is a decent gym in the Lamai area, one with a good range of machines and free weights with some decent quality CV equipment? If not where is the best gym on Samui?

there is 2 that i know of

1) opposite the yellow bank in the soi that leads to the hills ( where lamai market is )

2) at the cross roads just as you come into lamai, in the soi that leads to the beach, there is a gym on the beach
