Might be crabs or lice.....Shave 1/2 of your scrotum....pour alcohol on the unshaven side and when the crabs or lice run to the other side......stab them with an ice pick ! :):D :D

Quadriderm, get at any pharmacy, superb, give it a try and let me know, ill beat its a heat rash you have, and can be a bugger to shift, this stuff will,. :)

Dertec is exactly the same composition but nearly half the price.
