Something Like A Kindergarten Or Primary School For 3 Year Old On Samui?

Featured Replies

Hello everybody,

i am living in bangkok since 2 years and going to move to samui in about 3 month.

my girlfriends little daughter goes to somekind of primary school here, she is 3 years old(thai) and i pay about 10k for a school year and this starts in the morniimg about 8 o clock and finishes about 3 o clock afternoon.

does anybody know if there is something similar on samui?

i would be thankful if somebody can give me some information.

regards

Thai run schools with a similar set up are available on Samui. Where are you going to live on Samui, after you know that, start looking for a place near your place.

There is sonething that looks similar to a playschool in Chaweng and another between Maenam and Nathon. Can't give you any more details I'm afraid, but you may find something if you do a search. The one in Chaweng was for sale a few months ago. Not sure how far your 10,000 baht will take you though

Hi Remy1960,

the link is working.thank you.

but this school is much to expensive...actually i am looking for a thai school that charges a little fee per year or a thai goverment school that takes care of 3 years old...i think the normal thai schools start taking care when the childrens are 4 years old.

but thank you anyway.

Hi Churchill,

thank you for your advice...i think this will be the first i try...is this a thai school?and do you have any idea how much they charge?

You have your own children goin there?

My daughter started when she was 3 - Cost about 7,000 Baht a month at that age - 8.30 am until around 3pm - times not set - Children sleep in the Afternoon . A mixture of Thai and European - Nice atmosphere and Teachers very good , small classes .

Would recommend a visit to see .

What you're probably looking for is in Chaweng, near the Temple at the Ring road, almost opposite the University. They should charge in your price range and is a Thai school with plenty of Look Krueng.
