Upload Server

Is there a server where you can upload files and someone else can download them,preferable free?

Convenient would be if it was based in Thailand as that would improve the upload and download speed significantly.

Thanks for the reply Monty but unfortunately I can't read thai but I guess there must be more file sharing servers in thailand with at least one in an english version I hope.
