SLS Free personal care products are available in many western countries for long time but this is the first time the products are available in Thailand.

For more information, please take a few minutes or your precious time to visit our website at www.themandra.com and if you are interested in buying our products or being our retailers in your area, please feel free to contact [email protected]

Note:

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) is one of the extremely dangerous chemical ingredients contained in most of the skincare and haircare products available in the today's market. It is a wetting agent, or surfactant normally used in garage floor cleaners and is well-known in the scientific community as a common skin irritant. It is rapidly absorbed and retained in the eyes, brain, heart and liver, which may result in harmful long-term effects.

Fair do's A.boozer, I'm interested in something that wont melt my skin off and poison my brain (although may be too late for that one :D ) thats available in LOS.

LOS is a fair way behind other countries in the natural body products department.

(Apart from soaps).

Surely not the first la. I've seen a product two years back, but it probably contain no less harmful chemical as it causes some irritation in some peole I know. Is timotei brand shampoo free of sls? Anyway, Thai traditional home-made shampoo don't contain sls la. It's uniliver, P and G and the gang that came to LOS with sls to offer and bahts to gain.

The products seem quite good la. Aqua as far as I know is not water, but a chemical, and am not sure how good or bad it is. Nivea water-based liquid soap also features this chemical (instead of sls?). As natural as it is soybean can be toxic too, but overall the products seem good la.

Anyway, if anyone fancy using traditional Thai shampoo which doesn't lather, I can provide.
