TM30 - real estate agent reports online, but you still need to go and report it yourself!!!
My experience at Jomtien is that every application required a copy of my TM30. I did a 90 day report last month and a copy of TM30 was required and is on the 90 day required document list on the counter I did a non-imm O 12 month extension in July. I had a print out of the online TM30 I did myself. I was asked to go replace that print-out with the small TM30 slip of paper they staple into the back of passport. Luckily I didn't have to apply again, just swapped my TM30 page for the small slip of paper. Countless 30 day extensions at Jomtien since 2018. All required a copy of TM30. -

And just look at how long it dragged out under Biden, who inherited the vaccines from Trump. Rember the vaccines that lying Biden tried to take credit for?
