Bank Debit Card
The thread from @NoshowJones was prematurely closed. There is no recourse with payments by debit card. Credit cards often carry cardholder protection ie the UK under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. The only line of attack is against the vendor. You have the option of filing a police report but I suspect that would the equivalent of peeing into the wind. -
