Or, send her to a cooking course.

Better yet: take a cooking course with her.

My husband and I took a course together in Chiang Mai. It was an excellent idea and now we have a few tricks up our sleeves.

After 22 years in Thailand and cooking that entire time I suspect I could teach this woman how to cook a few dishes. Not every Thai woman is a good cook and not all farang are clueless ;)
