I am looking for a small boat, plastic or rubber about 3 meters.

We have a nice lake near our house and I like to go fishing by a small boat.

But where to buy in or near BKK?

i think you can buy inflatable boats at some of the malls around bangkok. I know there are one or two big companies that sell kayaks. http://www.feelfreekayak.com/home/

There are actually a couple of places that sell fiberglass boats, thats probably what you are looking for, they cost around 3000-4000baht i believe. They are mostly located in the outer parts of bangkok. I only know one near my house, they make fiberglass boats - the store is between Phuthamonthon Sai 4 and Phuthamonthon Sai 5, its a 50min - 1hr drive from downtown bangkok.
