I live in Cherng talay.Laguna,Phuket...On a 3mb Tot Line...this morning speeds never seen before in Thailand..file 175 mb finished in 2 minutes????Asean meeting starting today...i guess after 24.july back to the stone age!!!!!

Maybe the Thai ISPs dont want to look like complete fools in front of the rest of the ASEAN countries, so the government (You know, one of the guys with all the colored things on his chest and shoulders) called his son-in-law to have 'the internet' fixed.

I doubt it, if things are really quicker and they have "fixed" something, they have no reason to "un-fix" it after the ASEAN meeting.

Bandwidth used cost money,  bandwidth charged for makes money.  I can think of a few more baht I mean reasons if you like.

Darn eaters of the pig stealing our bandwidth from the rest of this country!
