Hi,

Will the overseas consulate (namely, Belgium) accept a FAXED copy of the letter of applciation for the Class B Non-Immigrant Visa, or does the letter have to be the original signed and stamped letter?

Thanks,

Hi ,

I also have been throught this once or twice , so this is what happens :

You need to apply personally with an original letter signed by an appropriate Senior Executive from the "Borisat Thai"

Therefore no point in faxing or having anything faxed this is not normally acceptable

Contact a Thai Consulate in Belgium rather than the Embassy in Brussels. There are Consulates in Antwerp, Liege, and in Luxembourg. Typically, they'll be less stringent in requirements
