Firewire (ilink) Cable

Featured Replies

I am trying to source a Firewire (ILink) cable on Samui.

It needs to be the 4 wire type (mini connector to mini connector) to connect DV Cam to Laptop for media capture.

Is it at all possible to get one on Samui or should I be looking at BKK.

Look and ye shall find.

A very common cable and easy to locate. Firewire/1394/iLink 4 pin to 4 pin are used on almost all notebooks with internal card connecting to DV Cameras. The exception is Apple 6 to 4 pins.

Cables can even be sourced on K Tao in a variety of lengths and quality.
