Mitsubishi On Samui

Featured Replies

Just a quick one...

I took the car in for a service the other day, it's done over 40,000km and the brake pads (original) were squeeling a little...

Due to the nature of driving here on Samui (on/off breaking every 1 minute!) I thought they'd definitely need changing as I thought I was getting down to the metal on them.

So I asked them to change the pads.

I couldn't believe it when the engineer called me over, they'd taken my pads off and there was more than half the pad left on them.

They even compared them to the new ones to show me.

He told me to save my money, they were good for another 10,000km or so.

Very decent of them not to just change them and charge me for them.

Matt.

The people at the Yamaha dealership in Chaweng are similarly honest, I have found.
