So that is 334 sqm. Nice. With gated area you mean you bought within a community/residence? As I'm always interested in these kind of things, is it possible to upload a picture?

PS I bought my 850 sqm here in Chiang Rai 4 years ago for 85,000 THB, best deal I've ever made!
