Any suggestions on van service from BKK or from Pattaya on a weekend day (Sat. or Sunday)?  Who, where, when, how much would be great ... thanks so much!

I've used Jack's Golf Tours a couple times.  Leaves around 6am, back in the afternoon.  About 2000 baht, and that includes lunch in a casino and they handle most of the paperwork and queues for you.   Not sure about #, but they have office on Sukhumvit Soi 12, which is also where their vans leave from.

If you're close to a bus station, there's service on the government coaches every 30 minutes, I think. From Pattaya to Bkk, they're at least every hour. That's a cheap way.

I think a couple of thousand baht may even get a private taxi to take you and bring you back. I can travel from Pattaya to the airport, then get returned to Pattaya for 1800 as I did last month after seeing my sister off.  I was far too drunk to drive myself
