Hello all,

My situation is I have been married to a Thai for the last year , we own a house in Phuket ( paid 5 million baht one year ago ) , We have a baby on the way and We would like to buy a second home , I work in thailand have all the visa's and work permits , tax letters for my employer.

My wife is'nt working ........ the big qestion is would we beable to get a mortgage for a second home? using our current home as collateral ? I have a good income but do'nt realy want to use all my savings from over sea's ... looking at around 10 million baht??
