Living and working in Thailand.

Am frequently involved in outdoor sports, white-water kayaking, caving, scuba, motocross etc.

Does anyone know an insurance company or policy that will cover me for these activities?

I am currently on Vanbreda International, EXPAT PLUS through work, but it seems all these sports are excluded.

My insurance excludes alot of the same activities. For Scuba, get DAN insurance. It is a very cheap supplemental insurance, 25 to 70usd a year depending on which plan you want. In some cases it will also cover some of the other activities mentioned if you can show you were on "vacation." at the time.

Policies can bought bought in a range from a single day up to a year. But a certain point, you guys must realize that there is no such thing as Russian Roulette Insurance.

Policy covers everything except motorsports. I get the annual policy which costs around $160 USD ( after discounts for no claim bonus). They are one of very very few that cover high altitude mountain climbing.
