There is a stall/shop outside Makro that sells kitchen equipment.I will ask him when I go this weekend.I have been looking for a hand held(stick) blender for weeks now.It would make my curry making so much easier.If you find a decent kitchen shop please let me know.

I have seen them at Stove type at Robinsons who have a good range of kitchen gear even Oven & Meat thermometers.

I bought an electric pressure cooker from IT City Chiangmai (yes the computer people). They are the distributor for this brand. It is a Chinese brand but works well. 3200 Baht.

I got mine in Chiangmei. Great for for the Dhall. Cooked a Kheema in it yesterday (30 mins), came out great.

Thanks, I will have a hunt in Robinsons (central / Phuket town / Jungceylon ?) and see..

Further reading says I may be able to do what I am trying to do with a microwave also..
