More like between the 50D and the 1D MkIII, in the UK it is selling for 1,600 Pounds! A more reasonable USD 1,700 in the US.

OK read the preview, it's Canons new crown of Crop sensor, hence between 50D and 5D Mk II

What happened to the 6D and 60D???????????????

I am surprised at the APS-C sensor in the xD range.

The integrated wireless for the flash is a nice touch.

From what I understand this camera fills a gap between the D and the 1D. According to this link the 60D is still rumored to be coming sometimes next year: http://www.northlight-images.co.uk/cameras/Canon_60D.html
