Indian Food Store Along Sukhumvit?

Featured Replies

I need some basic Indian foodstuffs (mostly of a canned/bottled variety) and I really don't want to traipse all the way down to Pahurat. Are there any little Indian food stores somewhere along the Sukhumvit corridor? I'm looking for things such as basic Indian spices and bottled chutney that I am not finding in the regular food stores.

Thanks.

Sukhumvit Soi 10 - walk a short distance into the soi and turn left after the Cozy@10 hotel.

It's a small place, but may have what you need.

The convenience store located next to Red Pepper restaurant in Rembrandt Towers has a really good supply of Indian foodstuffs.

Sukhumvit Soi 5,someone there will definatley point you in the right direction.

NB :)

There's an Indian run 'corner' shop down Sukhumvit 22 with a great range of spices and chutneys, it's just before you get to the the cross roads that takes you to Tops on Soi 24.

Although sayingng that, I once headed down to Little India to stock up on spices only to find 90% of what I bought was avaliable from Carrefour on Rama 4. Same make and everything.

I thank all for their contributions. The places you mention are within walking distance...I'll try those first!
