Accommodation For 1 Month Stay?

Looking for a list of places that do a cheaper price for a 1 month stay.

Anything under 15,000 is what im after.

Apartment needs to be furnished and its only for 1 person.

The area isn't too important as long as its near transport. And its a big plus if theres a gym.

Oh and the cheaper the better

Rawai has a gym actualy there are e few gyms popping up around Rawai, as well as many Muay Thay camps.

Im in Malaysia at the moment and if I can find something at a good price online then I'll leave for Thailand right away.
