Non drinker

Got my ticket from USA Nov. 30th for Thailand for 3 to 6 months.I notice a lot of posters here go out to bars alot . Leaves me in a dilema I don't drink, I have an allergy to alcohol. I don't like loud noise (music) , a smoke filled disco would be like a tourtre chamber to me. I would still like to meet some young ladys for entertainment. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try Pattaya Beach for their famous open air bars, full of wonderful, friendly girls just willing to chat and/or play counter games with customers.

They can be great dinner companions and can cuddle all night after dark.

All bars serve tea, coffee and soft drinks and most will turn down loud music upon request.

Be wary of the freelancers who roam the streets. Girls not attached to bars can be trouble.

It's actually refreshing to see that there are some non-drinkers out there who happily admit that they don't need to get mindlessly boozed in order to have a good holiday and enjoy themselves.

And I would guess that viagra's not an issue, either...

Phuket, in addition to Pattaya, has similar open-air bars and girls who will play games without forcing you to become imbibed.  

I guess if you're lucky enough to find a compatible companion on the first foray, you can always hang on to them for the duration of the holiday - this way you can then take them to your preferred place the rest of the time.

I have nothing against drinking, if that's what you enjoy go for it. I even buy once in a while.

Open air bars, now there's a thought, but I seem to read a lot of negative things about Pattaya.

I wind up drinking alot of Soda water, and "naam minow" (lemonade).  Hard to get away from the loud music though....  Outdoor bars are best.  Also, you can find many ladies who do not smoke or drink, but they are supposed to get you to buy them something from the bar - naam minow!

I nearly said something similar, although the comment about viagra kind of fits in with that, as a clear head would generally imply that the 'other' head is probably functioning alright too!?

The Massage parlors are another place. but not the big places. the small thai massage are not over priced and the ladys can take time off if you would like them to.

I love massages, like napping, one of the luxury's of life. How do we find small Thai massage parlor, could you recommend a few?
