Suan Sawarn

I was having breakfast at Yorkies the other day and decided to have a look at a Suan Sawarn.....I knew it was somewhere between Jomtien 5-7 , so went up and down , hit dirt tracks, turned around. There's NO signs pointing towards this would be project. Had a look at the TAG site and no mention there either..they are on about a new project, The Parks?

So what happened to Suan sawan..looked quite neat with the duplex accom.

I saw some advertisers selling for 950,000 Baht ..below developers price of a million....so has it gone to pots so to speak?

If you founf The Park then it is just farther along the road but on the opposite side (with Jomtien Beach to your back)
