Visa Agency For Aus Spouse Visa?

Featured Replies

Hi.

Does anyone have any recommendations or experiences with getting the help of a thai visa agency in BKK to file an Aus Spouse Visa application?

My fiancee found one called MCT in BKK that she thinks sounds okay. Anyone know anything about them?

Is it even worth getting help or better to do the process alone? :D

I've heard getting a visa agency can help the application along and make sure you have everything you need, etc.

Also, she was already refused a tourist visa (on financial grounds mainly), is this gonna cause a problem with Spouse Visa application? :o

Any info would be appreciated! :D

Thanks.

PM Bronco on here. He is a mod and has personal experience in what you are trying to do.

Havn't had experience with visa agencies as such' my niece has and that was unsuccessfull, they got her to do all the work and their only involvement was to lodge papers.

My opinion however is if they guarantee success and you only pay then, go for it.

Download the booklet "Partner Migration" available as a link in the pinned section at the beginning of this topic, it has all the information you need to lodge your own.

Read thru previous posts and there are lots of informative and helpfull ones.

The bottom line is "Proof of a genuine and ongoing relationship", how you do that is with pictures, letters from friends, joint bank accounts the list is endless and well documented.

good luck.
