HIYA!

Got into Thailand a couple of weeks ago with a friend. Now she tells me she's interested in Indian cooking. We are in CM now where there used to be a place that taught Indian cooking. It's called Grace guest house. We asked yesterday but the lady stopped teaching because she's way too busy. Her three helpers all left so she's doing tons of work. No time for teaching anymore. There's the JJ House where you can eat Indian food but they don't teach and don't know where to find a place to teach. I thought that with all the Indian restaurants in BKK there'd be a school for sure. But an internet search hasn't turned up anything.

And Scott, if you're reading this, I expect to be down your way sometime after the 13th of this month. After my friend goes home.

Thanks much,

Troy.

i was wondering the same thing. i know that mrs balbiers has a class, but its a bit intense - 3 days, 3hours/day and most importantly, 3,800 THB. there's gotta be something a little more basic.
