I've got a query on real estate, and the paperwork that comes with it. When one has a house of which the land is posessed through a Thai registered company an annual accountants report with audittor chop is required. Now this being a company that does not do anything, a zeroa blance that fits on one page, you would expetct this to be inexpensive,. but in my case the accountant tells me that the audittor for the two minutes that it takes to look at the zeros and put the chop on charges 15,000 baht, which I find difficult to belive. Anybody who can advise?

In a word MONOPOLY....a corporation has to have an audit so the auditors are out to get you...look around for a cheap one  it won't be easy
